Alignment Healthcare- Hired through a hiring agency (Aerotek) May 16 2016- Currently working ( Temporary job until October)

Answering phones, working in the front office checking in patients and checking patients out, scheduling appointments, also working the back office triaging patients, taking orders from the providers drawing blood and testing the blood as well on the Piccolo machines. While also doing home visits with the Nurse Practitioner etc.

for Dr. Alan Werner and Dr. David Price. Dr. Alan Werner is a Vascular surgeon; Dr. David Price is a general surgeon. I would triage their patients, remove staples at their follow ups post-surgery, answer phone calls, perform prior authorizations for surgeries and procedure "MRI, CT etc" followed by scheduling the surgeries and procedures. We would see a variety of types of cases from a person having a blood flow issues to another patient who has cancer. I left this position due to moving back to Florida permanently and I seeking immediate employment.

to Dr. Darsham Gonzalez. I was responsible for triaging his patients, assisting him in procedures, sending prescriptions to the pharmacies, drawing blood when the phlebotomist was unavailable, answering patient messages and returning phone calls etc. This job was very fast pace, extremely detailed. I left this position to get married and relocate with my husband to his military base, Ft Campbell. I really loved this job and hated to leave.

Primary responsibility was phlebotomy utilizing lab equipment including Mindray and Beckman Coulter. I was responsible for collecting Blood Draw, UA and providing necessary supplies for other specimen collection. Responsibilities also included triaging patients, taking doctor orders, giving vaccination and, taking phone calls and returning patients calls. I left this position to relocate with my family to Lakewood Ranch, FL I really loved this job.
