Assistant Manager/Shift Manager
I am currently positioned as a Shift Manager but I have also had experience as an Assistant Manager with Wendy's. I had only been on the job for a little over 3 months and received a promotion to a shift manager. I learn very quickly and love to talk to customers. During my two and a half years with Wendy's I have had to privilege to work with many great people. I have never been terminated from a position or asked to step-down, I love challenging tasks. During this position at Wendy's I have had experience with different types of computer programs, handling deposits, counting registers, weekly paperwork, and doing truck orders. I am certified in Microsoft 2010. I am also technology savvy, and by that I mean I love working with computers.
For Morning Shifts:
I am responsible for setting up cash registers, cleaning, preparing food items for the lunch rush, checking inventory, unloading the truck items, inputting invoices, maintaining a budget for cleaning supplies and operating supplies, give advice to my crew members and correct if they are not following procedure. Before my shift ends I make sure that everything is prepared for the next manager and the store is clean.
I have had the privilege to work with many great people, received employee of the month, and have over two years of customer service skills.
