Schedules and makes arrangements for the Clarksville Area Service (CAS) regular and special conferences and meetings,arranges for space, equipment, provides notifications, assembles and distributes information required, prior to meetings Serves as primary and/or back-up timekeeper, which includes responsibility for preparing, submitting and maintaining time and attendance records Maintains employee records; Reviews folders on a recurring basis to ensure all required documentation is current. Annually ensures all licensures are updated and on record; Sends reminders to clinical staff supervisors to obtain a renewed license Prepares personnel actions (appointments, resignations, transfers, re-alignments, promotions, etc.,) coordinating these actions with the Human Resources Prepares all educational and travel requests for assigned staff Serves as Automated Data Processing Application Coordinator (ADPAC); Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Sponsor; Talent Management System (TMS) Coordinator Work Schedule:

Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-6 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-5. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. Note:

Specialized
Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-5 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:
Preparing a variety of recurring reports and coordinating/ consolidating submittals of information; Answering telephone calls and answer inquiries; Arranging suitable accommodations; Coordinating times with various personnel for meetings, and drafting meeting minutes; Maintaining a system of files, both electronic and manual, of correspondence, publications, directives and policies; Preparing and submitting personnel actions through automated information systems. OR, Education:
As a general rule, education is not creditable above GS-5 for most positions covered by this standard; however, graduate education may be credited in those few instances where the graduate education is directly related to the work of the position. OR, Combination:
Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have an combination of specialized experience and education beyond a Bachelors Degree. You will be rated on the following Competencies for this position:

This position requires the skills of a qualified typist. In addition to meeting the experience and/or education requirements, you must be able to type at least 40 words per minute. Note:
Words per minute are based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors. Physical Requirements:
The work is primarily sedentary, although there may be some walking, standing, bending and carrying of light items, such as papers, books or small parts. No special physical demands are required to perform the work. Work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate controlled office. The environment involves every day risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, labs or commercial vehicles. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
