BEVERAGE MANAGER - CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN THE EAST COAST REGION
This position will manage all beverage and snack offerings in retail, including packaged beverages consisting of carbonated soft drinks, juice, water, tea, energy drinks, dairy, and dispensed beverages including coffee, fountain, frozen beverage and iced tea. Create a comprehensive strategy of the total beverage offerings at Morrison Healthcare accounts to drive consumer traffic and increase incremental sales. Develop, plan and implement the strategic marketing plan for these categories as part of the overall vision and growth for Morrison Healthcare.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the strategic direction for the development of the Packaged and Dispensed Beverage Business at Morrison Healthcare. Develop, plan and implement the strategic marketing plans for the Beverage business. Coordinate with the Category Team to define and develop the annual promotion strategy. Manage the advertising, signage and promotion budget for Packaged and Dispensed Beverage Categories
+ Partner with Operation groups to develop annual sales and margin objectives. Lead the development of Beverage marketing plans to achieve overall department objectives. Work with Beverage team and vendors to analyze current business results and trends to support strategies and tactics to drive sales and margin. Partner with external and internal Customers to gain buy-In and ensure execution of strategic programs. Manage day to day activities of the team; manage the teams? expense budget. Provide direction, guidance and training to individual team members.
+ Organize, manage and energize the Beverage team to achieve department objectives. Conduct meetings to ensure strong communication within the Beverage team and other department members. Provide performance feedback to motivate and improve individual team member?s performance. Manage cross functional relationships to achieve Total Beverage categories objectives. Leads the development and testing of new programs, equipment and new technology for Dispensed Beverage.
+ Manage the business relationships between marketing and operations and the vendor community to facilitate maximum sales and margin potential and product offer to our consumers for Beverages. Conduct sales presentations to management, operation groups, and vendors to gain buy-in and ensure execution of Beverage programs. Monitors industry trends including technology, best practices and new products and develops plans for implementation. Analyzes syndicated and internal scan data to evaluate customer trends and develop strategic response
+ Directs annual reset program for all account locations coordinating with Merchandisers/field/vendors. Manages any Rewards and Retail promotional schedule and planners for Packaged and Dispensed Beverages. Manages/approves all promotional materials in support of all Beverage programming. - Directs the development of Beverage promotional materials in support of promotional calendar and programming
Required Skills
Required:
+ Bachelor Degree or 5 +years of experience in Beverage Category within the restaurant/convenience store industry.
+ Must live in the East Coast Region.
+ Management experience with excellent interpersonal skills and team building.
+ Strong analytical and verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
+ Extensive background in consumer behavior, marketing, and personnel training and development.
+ Ability to develop long term and short term strategy.
+ Strategic planning, financial analysis, computer skills are all critical knowledge components of this position. Expertise in dealing effectively with upper management, field operations, across internal departments and the vendor community.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
