Bookkeeper / Office Manager
We are seeking a team member who is comfortable working in a small office environment, be able multi-task between working in Quickbooks and assisting our outside sales team & customers.
In this capacity you will be responsible for all data entry, payroll, banking, purchase orders, and raw material purchase activities. In addition, you will be working with our sales team on inventory, arranging shipping, and sending out literature and information to new customers.
As you can see, this is a job that will allow you to make a difference, contribute to our growth, and be someone that other's will rely on to provide outstanding customer service.
You must be proficient in Quickbooks, be physically mobile, and be able to prioritize your workload to ensure all important tasks are completed accurately each day.
