Summary:
Responsible to direct, manage, and supervise the entire day to day operations of a store.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Member of Management Team at assigned store with responsibility for store performance.
Assure adherence to all state laws and company policies regarding Deferred Presentment and Title Loan Compliance.
Assist and provide state auditors with the necessary internal documents and data during regulatory audits to support store compliance.
Compile, maintain, and review all store data reports.
Accountable for all store monies.
Responsible for store marketing and promotions within local area.
Responsible for facility appearance, cleanliness and maintenance ( interior and exterior ).
Responsible for internal store collections.
Perform any and all other duties required to assure store's success.






Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
