Customer Service Manager
We are a regional leader in the manufacture of concrete hardscape products. We are looking for a candidate who can help to develop programs for local marketing and processes for inside sales and order taking functions. This key position in our company will determine how we are perceived by our customers and set the tone for the inside sales teams interaction with retail traffic and our distribution network throughout the southeast.
Our Ideal Candidate
Will become an expert in the uses, application and installation of our product line. You will be able to guide customers to the right choices and uses of our products for their needs, and will train other inside sales personnel to do the same.
Will help to design and streamline our order entry and customer communication process to better serve customers and sales representatives.
Will help to promote our products throughout the southeast by working with our regional salespeople to fulfill our customer's overall experience with our company.
Will be responsible for creating a marketing plan to increase retail sales in our local market.
Will have problem solving skills to identify bottlenecks and weaknesses in our system and a sense of urgency to implement so that we can continually improve.
Building Materials experience preferred.
