Physical Therapist Allied Traveler

PT (Physical Therapist) travel assignment for an experienced PT at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a PT.
Must have a current state license, this is a contract position for 13 weeks.
Client prefers someone with recent Skilled Nursing experience but will consider everyone.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
o Uses clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
o Promote a friendly environment with both the patient and hospital staffo Uses knowledge and practice in accordance with Nurse Practice Act; Standards of Nursing Practice; Standards of Patient Care; JCAHO, state and local laws; and hospital policies.
o Always try to be a helpful flexible nurse as the hospital is in need of someone that is a team player.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
