PART-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Provides each customer with exceptional customer service, a professional and fulfilling photography session and presents exceptional products. Carries out all activities required to achieve all studio goals, including sales and sitting objectives, customer experience, loss prevention and merchandise/portrait presentation while improving customer engagement. This is a part-time position that typically works up to 20-28 hours per week as per business needs.
o Directs customer experience efforts to ensure consistency with Picture People standards; leads by example to enhance the customer experience, maximize sales opportunities and increase sittings.
o Ensures attainment of personal sales and sittings goals.
o Understands the Picture People culture and ensures compliance with all Picture People Policies & Procedures, as well as studio operational standards.
o Enforces studio merchandise presentation.
o Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidates must have:
a minimum of 18 years of age.
a high school diploma or equivalent.
the ability to work alone and as part of a team to carry out business objectives and operational standards.
the ability to learn on the job.
a working knowledge of basic computer software i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel.
the ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, along with bending, squatting, sitting, crawling and standing for long periods of time.
Professional Photography experience a plus.
the ability to work weekends and extended hours as required.
