Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for a property Maintenance Technician in Clarksville, TN.
This position will pay $18-20 / hour depending on experience and it is a temporary position.
You do not need to have your own tools.
Responsibilities:
Perform repair and maintenance tasks as assigned by Property ManagerTroubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and appliancesResolve on-site issues with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and janitorialMaintain and order repair partsComplete tasks needed to turn vacant unitsClean grounds and identify any safety concerns or repairs neededPerform preventative maintenanceComplete all work orders in a timely mannerA variety of other tasks may be assigned by supervisorGood attitude, performance and attendance is essential.
Qualifications:
Must have a current HVAC/EPA certificationMust possess a valid Driver's LicenseCapable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
