PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN

They are currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and service for residential and commercial customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with team members on larger-scale projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Essential Job Functions:
- Execute plumbing repairs and installations following industry best practices and safety guidelines.
- Use various tools and equipment to complete plumbing tasks effectively.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all goals and deadlines are met.
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Plumbing Service Technician, sales experience is a huge plus!!!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues. Experience using sewer cameras and sewer jets
- A teamwork mindset with the ability to learn and take direction from others.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
Salary: Salary and very competitive commission pay plan, every tech in company is making at least 100k a year with the top guy making over 200k in 2023
