Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues with production equipment to minimize downtime
- Install and maintain production equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production processes
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
- Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2
years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic work - Knowledge of PLCs and CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
