We're currently in search of an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team in Clarksville, TN.
Requirements:
- Educational and Experience Qualification:
Qualified candidates will have an associate degree in accounting or 3 years of equivalent experience in a similar role. - Competencies:

Able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when reviewing timesheets and processing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance. -

Employing analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner. -

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, with strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate completion of payroll and benefits tasks. -

A willingness to learn and stay updated on payroll and benefits regulations, procedures, and best practices.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Review timesheets for accuracy and process weekly payroll.
- Issue adjustments to pay and record retroactive increases.
- Send weekly timecards to staffing agencies.
- Process termination paperwork and prepare adjustments for PTO accruals.
- Download 401k deferral reports and verify the correct deferral in the payroll system.
- Setup garnishments in the payroll system
- Prepare monthly insurance discrepancy letters.
- Assist in posting pay cycles into the accounting system.
- Maintain attendance reports and handle FMLA paperwork.
- Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.
Salary and
