Your mission - to augment the overall community and customer experience our real estate team delivers, through the development and execution of a dynamic marketing strategy. This role calls for effective collaboration across multiple departments such as marketing, business operations, construction, and more. You will ensure that our brand is consistently and accurately represented across our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other communications. We are looking for more than just a marketing professional; we want a creative visionary, a reservoir of innovative ideas on effective property marketing. If you are primed to contribute, share, and execute your creative marketing concepts, we encourage you to join our team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the enhancement of community and customer experience through innovative online and traditional marketing strategies Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Create, deliver and edit residential and commercial marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Saturate the market with the Millan Enterprises real estate story through social media, print, email, web marketing Ensure consistency and clarity in company materials and campaigns to convey a precise brand message Consult with commercial and residential departments on marketing needs Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS/
Qualifications:
More than 2 years experience in Marketing Strong knowledge of the real estate and housing market Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Must have valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to work SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLEThe Real Estate Marketing Specialist must have self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure. He/She must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter as well as website design and ability to write web content.Compensation and
