Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring an Assistant Manager, Real Estate Property in Fort Campbell, Tennessee.
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the day to day smooth and efficient operations of the property management department by performing essential property management tasks and operations of the assigned properties.

Support day-to-day operations including administrative tasks and department projects.
Assist property management team members in overall planning, tasks and coordination of projects, and activities as requested.
Assists with staffing and budgets.
Act as the liaison and point of contact between customer, external contractors, and property management team.
Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions clients may have regarding service and help them make an educated decision on the best fit for their needs.
Organize and lead team meetings.
Process any customer complaints and emergencies.
Maintain status reports and timelines and update internal databases.
Prepare and post Social Media content for Property Management.
Periodic property visits to advise owners of suggested repairs/maintenance.
Application processing while managing contracts and building development projects.
Continuing self-education in Fair Housing Laws and VRLTA.
Knowedgable of relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.
Real estate experience necessary; property management experience preferred Exceptional organizational and project management skills Strong computer literacy skills Exceptional work ethic; willing to go the extra mile Ability to work with all types of personalities Licenses and CertificationsMust have an active real estate license.
Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
TravelLimited travel to various worksites is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
